Telehealth Waiting Rooms
For an optimal call experience, please do the following:
- Most appointments will be done through the patient portal for our practice. Make sure to have your login credentials to your patient portal to access your telehealth link. If you need assistance resetting your password or accessing the portal, please call our office at 443-438-6893.
- For patients of Dr. Ade, please be advised that you will be directed to her link using Doxy.me
- You will be directed to wait until your provider enters the room. We appreciate your patience as there may be another patient ahead of you, either on a telehealth appointment or in the office.
- If it has been more than 10 minutes and your provider has not started the call, please call our office at 443-438-6893.
- If you’re using a phone, please turn on Do Not Disturb/Focus mode to prevent incoming texts and calls from disrupting the call.
- Confirm your video and microphone are working. You should see your video. If they are not working, please refresh your browser or restart your device, then check in again.
